Exercise 1: Create a Birth Vision Board

Look through magazines, do a Google image search or look on Pinterest for pictures that represent what you want; the vision board should focus on how you want to feel. You can also add words.

Find pictures that you love, that make you feel calm and relaxed in your body and really resonate with what you are wanting to create. When you look at it, breath in the feelings that conjured up for you, take a moment to be with those feelings, eyes closed if you feel more comfortable.
